Jodi completed the Tony Robbins-Madanes training and became a certified Strategic Interventionist Coach in 2012 with the passion and mission to help other women achieve career success while finding balance with themselves and their family. Her 25-year business background is rich with experience both as a corporate executive as well as an entrepreneur and small business owner. She has worked with global multi-national companies and has expertise in all aspects of running a successful business and creating a fulfilling career.
Jodi started her career at the entry level marketing position and quickly worked her way up the corporate ladder. She later realized that she couldn’t keep up with the demands as her goals and priorities changed and wanted to start a family. She decided to leave the corporate environment and start her own small business.
After years of running her 7/day a week business, and raising two young children, Jodi understood the challenges women face trying to juggle and manage their careers/small business and their lives. At the time she was trying to be everything for everyone and quickly got burned out. Her health started to fail and she quickly became aware that there must be a better solution. She sold her business and started a new endeavor while completing her coaching certification.
Today, Jodi is fiercely committed to helping women find the balance needed to thrive in their business so they can avoid burnout, manage their time more efficiently, have more energy while making more money.
With her experience, she can help you create a strategic plan to navigate the workplace and achieve your career goals.
Currently, Jodi lives with her husband of 19 years, two kids and 2 dogs in the suburbs of Charlotte, NC. She is frequently interviewed for her expertise on work/life balance, starting and running a successful small business, marketing your business on Social Media, and creatively managing your time. When she’s not working, she can be found taxi cabbing her two kids to their activities, reading self-help books or outside just enjoying the day with her family. She loves living in North Carolina, especially in the Fall and Spring, her favorite seasons.
