Each month, we’ll speak together on the phone 3 times. Because coaching is done over the telephone, it doesn’t matter where you live or work. If you are local and prefer to meet in person for one of the sessions we can schedule an agreed time/place.
In each session, we’ll focus on one or more areas in your life where you’d like to unlock your potential. I am equipped with tools and assessments to help you discover:
• where you want to go
• what’s blocking you?
• how to create your future
Just as you commit to a weekly schedule, I commit to getting to know you and giving you personal attention for your specific situation, goals and dreams.
Our relationship is a supportive partnership. The relationship between the coach and the client is the key. I am here to hand hold while supporting and encouraging you to create a plan and remove any roadblocks along the way. Together, we help you move successfully towards your goals.
Coaching is about moving towards your goals and dreams. Coaching is about creating the life and business you want and deserve. We do not focus on healing emotional pain or past emotional trauma as part of coaching, which is the focus of psychotherapy; we assume that you are capable of expressing and handling your emotions. This is not to say that we don’t talk about your emotions during our coaching sessions…but healing emotional pain is not the primary focus of coaching.
Absolutely! Our weekly telephone conversations are amazingly powerful, but focusing on your goals once a week isn’t going to move you forward. Each week you’ll pick interim goals and assignments to do during the upcoming week, something that will offer deep insight, motivation and action towards your goals.
Our weekly sessions are only part of your customized Action Plan to get your where you need to be. You also get worksheets and assessments, homework and reading assignments, and includes unlimited short emails between session appointments. Success experts agree: In order for you to create new habits and make lasting change in your life, a commitment of time is necessary. Coaching sessions are booked in 1-month increments for roughly 45 mins. If you’re really committed to your dreams, then you’ll be committed to investing 2-3 months(or more) of your time to seriously working towards them.
As your coach, I will maintain client confidentiality to the full extent allowed by law. I honor the client’s confidence, and do not discuss our coaching sessions with others. Both parties agree to a foundation of honesty, trust and respect, and understand that your ultimate well-being is the central focus of the coaching relationship
